No menu items showing under Appearance –> Menus

Hi
In my wordpress backend there are no menu under Appearance –> Menus. But I created before and it was working fine. Also the dropdown sub menu in fronted showing some ids. please fix that ASAP it’s a live site.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
