    Hello, I have set banner ads with WPBakery. I had also added texts that were also displayed to me. After logging in again, no more texts are displayed although a text is specified in the settings.

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    Please provide the URL of the page where you added the element with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Hello, I have cleared the cache. It worked, but after I refreshed the page, it does not work again. I have turned off all plugins to exclude faulty plugins. Unfortunately I do not know how to proceed.

    It does not work. I have also tried Firefox, Chrome etc and always get the same error. I don’t know what to do anymore, unfortunately.

    Another problem is that although the texts are displayed on the mobile view, the carousel is not displayed properly. It shows close even though there is nothing to close. Only after a few times refreshing it is gone, but comes back from time to time. See attachment.

    Yes, we see the problem after Theme Settings resave. Could you please provide us your FTP access so we can check what is wrong there?

    We have fixed this issue. Could you try to clear your browser cache and test how it works?
