No need Links over the screen

I have a problem with links over my screen, apparently these are from different demos that Ive been seen, but once I select one, all links appears, how I dissable or eliminate??
please, help!!

Thank you very much for choosing our Theme and contacting our support.
You need to create a menu and assign it as a main, in this case this links would disappear and your menu will be instead.
Navigate to Appearance > Menu and create a menu. Follow the steps from this tutorial: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-add-navigation-menu-in-wordpress-beginners-guide/
