    I don’t get any notification email when you replied to a ticket of mine. Please check.

    You need to check this checkbox when you create a topic to receive notifications https://prnt.sc/j69vxt
    Or click on “Subscribe” button if the topic is already created.

    As if I had not seen this… Great that you never admit to bugs… I activated it with my first topic already but didn’t change a thing.

    It is not a bug since we already tested it with tests accounts. Maybe something wrong with your mailbox.

    Funny thing is though: the messages you sent me directly, eg when sending me username and password, have arrived…
