We have installed latest version on client’s website, how to fix this issue?

Hello,

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

Try to keep all plugins that are not related to the theme deactivated and monitor your error logs for 2-3 hours. Let us know if new errors are logged.

Hi,

After few hours of monitoring issue still persists, to speed up process we had to activate other plugins and work on other tasks due deadlines, you can deactivate other plugins if needed to fix issue.

In this case, please, keep all plugins disabled, send us your FTP access, and allow us to monitor your error logs in real-time so we can investigate it and try to fix on your website.

As we can see, you didn’t disable plugins as we asked. And we don’t see logs via file manager. Note that we need both error and access logs.

you can see error logs, I’ve attached screen. I disabled all plugins except of woocommerce, elementor and woodmart core.

You can download and open it in sublime text, Notepad++ or similar software.

What about the access log? We don’t see new errors for today. We will monitor it and check in a few hours.

Could you please explain for what is needed access log?

To see the request made at the time when this error appears to be able to reproduce it.
