No pagination for NEW PRODUCTS querxy

add for example 10 products to your store.
Now adding the woodmart elementor product widget “product (grid/carousel) to elementor page.
Settings:
Select in query dropdown: products with new tag.
Show 10 products per page.
Check the result in frontend:
All 10 new products are shown in grid. Great.Now enable the pagination and setup 5 per page.
Check results in frontend:
No pagination shown. Only 5 products shown.Now check if pagination is shown when you select another query:
Select in query drodpwn -> Products in sale.Voila – pagination is shown.
Problem:
Pagination is not shown if you query NEW products.
Why not? Please fix it.Check also attached video.
Same issue we have in absolute fresh installed wordpress without any other plugin (only woocommerce, elementor and woodmart core plugin activated). Latest woodmart installed in this fresh wordpress.
Check our video in private content and give them a try in your local fresh wordpress installation. You will have the same problem like in our fresh installed wordpress. We asked elementor about this problem and they also confirmed: this is a woodmart widget and elementor is working fine.

I have checked this on our test site, and pagination is working fine with the new label product.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP login details, so I can check and give you a possible solution.

Check the attached private content data please.Debug log is empty.
All plugins are disabled.
New added products are not shown in woodmart grid.
In elementor pro grid the new products are shown fine.BR

Please check your site again and review the homepage. At the bottom of the page, I’ve added the Grid/Carousel widget, and the pagination is displaying correctly there.

But: Go to backend and add a new product to db please.
Then refresh your frontend page and check if the new product is shown in grid -> its not shown.BR

thomas-8605ParticipantI have added again to privat content area the link where you can see the new added product imidatly after publish the product in elementor pro widget with NEW query. But in the woodmart widget with NEW query the new added product is not shown.

Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Product Labels > Set the “Automatic “New” label period” of the new label.
Additionally, In the bottom of the product settings > enable the option “Permanent “New” label” and check the issue: https://ibb.co/pBBKX2N4

1) Why we have to show “Permanent” the new badge to fix this issue? It shoud be removed after x days. This is not the logic of “new” products to keep it always as new. It shoud work automatlicly -> show new products from last x days. After x days -> remove it. This is how all themes and products widgets for new products are working.

Done. But we still do not see the new added product in woodmart product grid. Its still shown only in the elementor pro product grid correct, but not in woodmart product grid. Check again the link in private content.BR

thomas-8605Participant1. All theme settings are fine.
2. Only core plugins are enabled.
3. No caching enabled.
4. Theme is updated.
5. Core plugins updated.
6. No problem in debug log.
7. Memory limit: 2G-> Now add a new product into woocommerce from private content area.
4. Open the second URL in private content. The first widget is by woodmart and do not showing new added products.With the elementor core widgets its working fine.

Make a full backup of your site and keep all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off and switch to the parent/default theme for testing. Also please share your cPanel or FTP login details so I can check and provide a possible solution?

We have an backup and this is an test stage and you can work on it.
We also already send you all data for login. But i attache it once again to this ticket. Please check the attached private content data. You can fix it by applying patch #700905. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.
