I’ve attached the image. The arrows aren’t showing up on either the web or mobile versions. Can you help me activate them, please, as shown in the demo on the website?
In this demo, the categories are set to display in a carousel by default. However, since the number of categories is limited to 4 in the custom query, the carousel is not functioning.
To fix this, navigate to Pages > Edit Home Page with Elementor > Edit Product Categories widget, and update the data source to either Custom Query or WooCommerce. Then, increase the number of categories. Once more categories are available, the carousel arrows will appear.
There are eight categories, as you can see in the web version, and in the mobile version they appear two at a time, but the arrows do not appear, only the scroll bar. Please help.
The issue is happening because the categories were added as two separate elements, each displaying 4 categories. That’s why the carousel arrows were not showing. Please try to edit the page with Elementor and check the elements’ settings.
I have now added one more category in the first section, and the arrows are displaying correctly.

To arrows on the desktop, please hover on the category carousel, then you will see the arrows.
For the mobile, You have disabled carousel on mobile devices in performance > JS options:https://postimg.cc/R63N4yTV , In that case, the carousel with arrows and dots pagination will be replaced with a simple horizontal scroll bar.
