RobinParticipantAfter installing the child theme I click on “next”. This button leads me to a page with a message “no permission to view this page”. I receive the same message I click left in the dashboard menu on the Woodmart theme settings.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Please switch to the parent theme, install all the plugins, configure everything, then switch to the child theme. If the problem persists, please insert the site credentials into the Private content below the message area we will check.
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
I am trying to enter your site and see this: Error establishing a database connection
Did you install the theme on the fresh WordPress installation or to the existing site?
If it was the fresh installation, please reinstall WordPress all and provide the access to the empty fresh installation, advise what builder you prefer.
In case it was an exciting site, restore it from the backup before you installed the theme and I will try.
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Your child theme has been successfully installed. When you get to the demo installation step, I see WARNING: Your current PHP “max_execution_time” parameter is less than 120 seconds. It might cause an import error and not upload all the attachments. The recommended value is 180 seconds and we suggest you contact your hosting provider to increase it. https://gyazo.com/652521bac999d297f3d2fdf16cb4c5c5
Please contact the host support with this issue, as soon the host meets the requirements you can upload the demo in the Dashboard > WoodMart > Dummy content.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards
