No permission to view this page

After installing the child theme I click on “next”. This button leads me to a page with a message “no permission to view this page”. I receive the same message I click left in the dashboard menu on the Woodmart theme settings.

Please switch to the parent theme, install all the plugins, configure everything, then switch to the child theme. If the problem persists, please insert the site credentials into the Private content below the message area we will check.

Did you install the theme on the fresh WordPress installation or to the existing site?

If it was the fresh installation, please reinstall WordPress all and provide the access to the empty fresh installation, advise what builder you prefer.

In case it was an exciting site, restore it from the backup before you installed the theme and I will try.
