No product categories exist.

Hi,
I have 180 product categories in my store but when I visit the shop page it is saying ‘No product categories exist.
How can I show few product categories on the shop page?

Hello,
Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.
If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website.
