When I click PRODUCTS menu, it show error message “No products were found matching your selection.”.

Why did it happen?
Please let me know how to solve it.

I think it shouldn’t be about the plugin because when changing to Thai language it works.

If I change to English language, the PRODUCTS page will say “NO PRODUCTS WERE FOUND MATCHING YOUR SELECTION.”

Why doesn’t it work when I change to English language?

Please advise me about the steps to check the settings.

It means that this issue is not related to our theme.

And what happened?

We don’t know but this message appears on your website even if our theme is disabled. It means that it comes from some of the installed plugins. It seems to be a WooCommerce message. Something is wrong with WooCommerce configuration or some plugins conflict. But it is not a theme bug or problem.

How many WooCommerce plugin should be used on this website? And what is the name?

Our theme requires only one plugin – the WooCommerce itself. Other plugins are optional and you can use them according to your needs.

I found a language plugin (WPML) that affects WooCommerce.

I will find a new multi-language plugin.

If you can recommend me, it will be very good.
