When I click PRODUCTS menu, it show error message “No products were found matching your selection.”.
Why did it happen?

b2ccreationParticipantI think it shouldn’t be about the plugin because when changing to Thai language it works.
If I change to English language, the PRODUCTS page will say “NO PRODUCTS WERE FOUND MATCHING YOUR SELECTION.”
Why doesn’t it work when I change to English language?

Artem TemosKeymasterWe don’t know but this message appears on your website even if our theme is disabled. It means that it comes from some of the installed plugins. It seems to be a WooCommerce message. Something is wrong with WooCommerce configuration or some plugins conflict. But it is not a theme bug or problem.

Artem TemosKeymasterOur theme requires only one plugin – the WooCommerce itself. Other plugins are optional and you can use them according to your needs.
