No puedo actualizar el tema

Buenas tardes, tengo problemas al tratar de actualizar el tema woodmart a la ultima version. Anexo imagen de lo que sale. Que puedo hacer???

It means your ZIP has inner ZIP and it should have theme folder and files, please check the archive which you upload. If you cannot solve the problem, make the full backup of your site and provide your site admin and FTP access.
