No redirection to thank you page/ no order confirmation

Hello,
after successful order submission, redirection to “thank you” page is not working.

In case order is submitted through bank payment gateway plugin, the page is displayed and instantly redirected t payment screen (see screen shot 2). After successful payment it does not return t page and I get 504 gateway timeout error (see screen shot 1).

In case order is submitted with COD option, system redirects to checkout page after long waiting time/ no order number displayed.

No email is sent to either customer or company, therefore no order confirmation is received.
Order is successfully recorded in woocomerce orders page.

Default “Thank you” page content is active.

Could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

I have similar result.
the page is showing like order completion is in progress without ending

(order is submitted successfully in woocommenrce)

If the problem appears with other themes, then it is not caused by WoodMart. Most likely, there is some plugin conflict or bug in the WooCommerce itself.
