no settings change

When I press the save button, it doesn’t process anything; it appears to have been processing for hours. What could be causing this issue? How can I solve this problem? You can see the image I sent in the attachment.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
