No Social Icons?

Hello,
I am trying to add in social icons to appear in the website footer. in the “Theme Settings” “Links to Social profiles” it is missing the boxes for Facebook and Twitter? Also the icons are not appearing after adding the shortcode [social_buttons type="share"] into a footer widget?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

Hi Elise,
I deactivated all plugins not related to theme and switched the parent theme. I appear to have the Facebook and Twitter box back on the “Links to Social Profiles” page but still no icons are appearing actually on the page. Unfortunately I am developing this site locally so unable to provide you guys access to see whats going on 🙁
