non-admin users can't enter to admin panel / problem with attributes

I have same problems. You have already helped me a lot, thank you and I hope your future support:)
At first, non-admin users can’t enter to admin panel. In Private Content added shop manager access.
Another problem are with attributes. Unfortunately,not all products are fall in the filter I noticed Count 0 in same brands, but if you click on this 0 we will find many products. If we delete or edit any product from this group, then the counter will show the correct number of products. If a new product is uploaded to this group, the count shows 0 again and this brand is out of the filter:(

As for the users, our theme does not influence or have the option to change this is WordPress and Woocommerce functionality.

As for the brands please describe the actions step by step with the screens.
