    Hello,

My ajax add to cart is showing that a product is already pre-added to the cart while the product is not even existing.

This shows for every single new user that enters the website. Although if you would want to continue purchasing with that product, it says that the cart is empty.

Even if I remove the product from the cart, when the page reloads, it returns to the cart again.

It seems that the add to cart widget is bugged somehow. I’m looking for the solution for this problem for a few days now and cannot find anything that would solve this. Could you please advise me on what to do?

    Hello,

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

If you use the child theme, switch to the parent and check the issue.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Best Regards

Thanks, by disabling plugins, i found out that WP-Rocket plugin was causing this issue.

And in particular, I just only needed to delete the old database and the issue was solved.

    Thanks!
