Not able to access my wp-admin panel

Hello,

I am not able to access my admin panel. it is showing “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page”. after this I have enabled “WP_DEBUG” to true. then it is showing some theme related error. see attached screenshot. I am waiting for your reply, Please give your feedback ASAP.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

Could you please test how this will work without our theme active. If you can’t deactivate it via the Dashboard, you can simply rename the theme folder on FTP and it will be deactivated.

I have renamed it, now my site is not working. it returns black page.

If you say that still can’t access your admin dashboard even without our theme then it is not related to our theme issue. You can rename it back. Try to disable extra plugins installed that are not required for our theme.
