Not able to access Theme Settings

Just installed the theme and activated the license, however, when trying to reach Basel> Theme Settings the page says ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’

Any reason this could be happening?

Please navigate to Appearance > Install plugins > install and activate all. You will see all the options and they will be available.
