Not able to change currency code

i changed the currency code in woo-commerce setting and the currency did change everywhere expect the cart as you can see in the image file that i have uploaded the highlighted area is the issue where as in the other marked area you can see it did change like it should have been.

Your site is under maintenance, please deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and provide admin access.

thanks you and i also checked it is working and i found the issue after you told me to clean the cache before cleaning it the issue was fixed then i again enabled the plugin coming soon and the problem again appeared so it was due to the third party plugin that i was using at least in my case right now that was the issue thanks for the quick and helpfull reply.
