Not able to edit custom fonts

If we go to theme setting -> typography -> basic then the fields are stuck on loading and we are not able to add our custom fonts to title, text etc.

Please disable all plugins except these ones:

Elementor
Core plugin
WooCommerce
Enable the Parent theme

Then activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
