Not able to show Youtube Video in Single Product Page using Layout

Hi,

I have created a layout to be used on all the Single Product pages using the Layout option in the theme. I wanted to add a product video at the bottom of the layout but for some reason it shows a white space with no errors.

I tried Video Element and Raw HTML(to use embed code) as well both resulted in the same.

The video is public on youtube. So that is not the issues.

Can you please look into this and let me know why is this happening?

LiteSpeed Cache plugin causing the issue. Please deactivate the liteSpeed Cache on your site and check the issue.

But is there any way I can keep on using Lightspeed Cache and display the videos?

I ask that because I do need Lightspeed Cache for the performance reasons.

Unfortunately I can’t agree with your response as I just tried using Video Element and it still does not show the video but shows the Video URL.

I have attached the sceen-shot for your reference. So clearly Lightspeed is not the issue here as the plugin is disabled.

I have visited your site and added the video in the single product layout. It is working fine:

Here you can see the video is working fine.

Sometimes, clearing the cache can resolve conflicts and refresh the website’s content. Try clearing the LiteSpeed Cache and see if it resolves the issue with video display.
