Not able to view “Mission Statement” in Mobile view

Hello, I need a help.
I have used a responsive text block element while designing the page. I have inserted the “Mission Statement” in the section. While viewing in website, only desktop version is showing the thing but the mobile version doesn’t show the Mission statement section (As you see in the attachment). Can you please help me with the recommended changes to be made.
