    When I enter the product code, it says “not activated” but it appears in my domain. How can we solve this situation?

    Hello,

    Did you try to click on the “Activate theme” button https://prnt.sc/Qu64NJEz_Kh7? If so, please send me a screenshot of the message that appears then.

    Hello,

    Navigate to your account on our website – https://prnt.sc/dLwKlF0opEVV and deactivate the license for the old domains, thus the key can be activated on the new domain.
