Not all categories visible in translated language

Hi,

On my site English is the main language and Russian is the secondary language. On English site I have three categories for products, which are shown on the home page (Meats, Cheese, Fish). On Russian home page it only shows one category (Meats).

I have translated all categories. What could be the problem?
