Not content is displayed in the prefooter area despite adding a shortcode.

    Hi there, I added a HTML shortcode on the perfooter but nothing is displayed, just blank.

    Ive been following in the forum for a solution and you gave the suggestion to enable the prefooter, just check it enable or disable. I didn’t find such an option in the theme settings, perfooter section to check to enable or disable.

    Your prompt response is always highly appreciated.

    I disabled showing in the pre-footer in the page settings, it’s now working, the pre-footer content is now displayed. Thank you.
