not seeing footer widgets

Hi,
I set it to two columns for footer widget and then added two elements but I am not seeing the footer on the site.
Please advise.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website.

its not a plugin or cache issue as I am running a mirror of my live site at https://staging111.pipeworkpieces.com and the footer is working.
