Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
In order to translate the WooCommerce strings, you need to create a separate translation in Loco > Plugins > WooCommerce in the same way as you do it with the theme.
In addition, please check Theme Settings > Login/Register and Woocommerce > Settings > Account and Privacy.
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Your site is not workable now.
Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones as soon as it is online again.
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVGIf the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
When I switched the parent theme, My Account has not been translated. I do not see Loco to check how you translated.
Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3
In order to translate the WooCommerce strings, you need to create a separate translation in Loco > Plugins > WooCommerce in the same way as shown in the video.
Please note you need to translate the parent theme, not a child.
Best Regards

optimumParticipantOk.
I have uploaded the language file in Loco translate to Woodmart theme for parent template and now it’s OK! 🙂
Thanks for help.I updated Woodmart theme to version 6.4. Is child template updated to 6.4 automatically?
or I need to create it again? Nothing in the child’s template was changed in the code, I only configure it in the admin panel.Regards
