Not working footer phone widget extra list link

Hello, i wanted ask why is the web url not working for me? It doesn’t allow me to click … Everything is fine on the desktop, it doesn’t work on the phone. Am I doing something wrong? My controls are the same on both the desktop screen and the phone.

You need to set “Top” for the content in the row used in mobile. I have set now and links are clickable.
