Nothing showing on layout edit

I just bought this theme and would like to just tweak a bit of the first default single product layout as it’s almost perfect but when I click edit all I see is the heading. I have attached a screen shot.

Here is my info, thank you. I tried disabling and deleting the plugins from the previous theme I had forgotten to uninstall but it didn’t seem to help. I will leave the site as is until I hear back. 🙂

Navigate to Layouts and check the new layout for a single product page and check the issue.
