I have seen your screenshot, Deactivate your third party plugins and switch to parent version of theme and clear your site and browser cache and then check back the theme settings. It will surely fix the issue.

In case if it still displaying the theme options as like your screenshot then provide your admin login details because your prior login credentials not working anymore.
