Number of images that can be uploaded for customer/product reviews

Hello Sir,
I have set up that the customer is allowed to upload 2 images when inputting the reviews.
But in actual testing, I can only upload 1 image success.
When I upload the second image, the second image will automatically replace the first image, resulting in me being able to upload only 1 image.
Could you help me?
