Number of products being shown (Product category)

I have set in settings to show only 10 products per page, in the product category, but it doesn’t do show that number.
Same problem with activating the LOAD MORE products button. I activate it and it is not activated.
I have no cache.

Please provide your site admin access to the private area.
Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

Please provide the page URL where you see this, I suspect that we are talking about different pages and you mean a custom page with the Product grid.
