Number related product

Hello the Team,
I have several questions for you:
1/ Is it possible to have more than 4 products on product page for “Related products” ?
2/ Same for ” Also interest ” in Cart
3/ I try to hide tabs” About Brand ” in page but don’t find where… so bad…
4/ I use a lot of ” Carousel” with autoplay. But even if you stay with the mouse on a product it change for the next product. So, is it possible to stop autoplay in carousel mode when the mouse is over a product ?
Don”t hesitate if I am not clear, my english is very poor…

Hi,

1. You can configure the number of Related Products in Theme Settings -> Product Page -> Show / hide elements.

2. There is no any limitation for that products from our theme side.

3. You can disable it in Theme Settings -> Shop -> Brands.

4. Unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme yet. We will consider adding it in our future updates.

For the question 1/ and 2/ I have effectively do that. But the number of products which appear is always 4. And I try to have 5 or 6 products at the same time

Could you please send us a link to a product where we can see this problem? And where you have more than 4 related products.

In fact, in Theme Settings -> Product Page -> Show / hide elements you can choose the number of related products. But you ask 4, 5, …. only 4 products are displayed but the number of carousel page increase as the attachments.

Do you mean 4 products per screen? Because we see that you have 12 products shown at the moment. We have added an option to change the number of products per screen in the latest version of the theme.

Sorry, I am using child theme and I have the plug-in Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades.
Do I have to upgrade the new woodmart-child theme or only woodmart theme ?

No, you don’t need to update the child theme, only the parent theme.
