# of products not showing up correctly

I have set the products to show 35 products as seen here: https://snipboard.io/jGJPmk.jpg however, my site is showing way less with a few empty spaces + pagination (as seen here: https://app.usebubbles.com/uBDHv9436hiobagLV7ac5q/comments-on-staging-pleazo-com)

How can I fix this?
