jdpatterson74ParticipantHello, Love your Theme…I cant seem to find a reason why the Off Canvas Cart will not show products added. It will show it when I add a product, but if I go to a different page and try to review it again, it will be blank. I can use the Cart Page from the main menu, and that works.

Eric WatsonParticipantHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
Thank you in advance

Eric WatsonParticipantHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Regards

jdpatterson74ParticipantI can add products to the cart in that theme. But that theme does not have a off canvas shopping cart?
The issue is when I navigate around the site, and want to review items added to the cart, via the cart icon, the off canvas will open, but will be blank.
I thought you fixed it last night, as it was working (with and without extra plugins), but now its back to being blank (even with only required plugins).

jdpatterson74ParticipantOk…Looks like it was a couple of plugins, for the Off canvas shopping cart
WooCommerce Services & WooCommerce Admin
The plugin “Disable Cart Fragments” will cause only the Off Canvas to be blank on Shop Pages – Not Home Page
Off Canvas Shopping Cart seems to be working now!

jdpatterson74ParticipantDisregard…its not working again on the Home Page, works on the Shop Pages and the Header will not unstick sometimes when scrolling back up.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please check the shopping cart on the Storefront theme and disable plugin advanced-cache.php http://prntscr.com/p0kuc6
Best Regards

jdpatterson74ParticipantI am also using Incognito and do clear my cache when testing…
I installed and activated StoreFront Theme…disabled all Plugins, then activated: Woodmart, Woocommerce, Contactform7 and WP Bakery.
(The drop-in plugin belongs to Wp-Rocket (disabled and file renamed))
See attached.

Artem TemosKeymasterWe see that your website without plugins and with Storefront theme loads in 10-15 seconds and that is the main problem. Cart AJAX request from WooCommerce can’t be completed because it has 5 seconds timeout. You need to resolve the performance problem with your host first http://prntscr.com/p0r1t1

jdpatterson74ParticipantThanks. I contacted Godaddy and they stated the server cache and cookies needed to be cleared and to wait an hour.
I’ll reply IF this fixes it.

jdpatterson74ParticipantIn the previous response, I did have the Woodmart Core plugin active with the Storefront Theme…
I conducted 3 tests:
1. Woodmart Theme, Woodmart Core and Woocommerce
2. Storefront Theme, Woodmart Core, and Woocommerce
3. Storefront Theme & WooCommerce OnlyStorefront Theme & WooCommerce plugin only produced zero errors.

jdpatterson74ParticipantI have another website and renamed its plugin folder to deactivate all of them…and looks like that fixed it.
A lot faster! I’ll have to figure out how/why that site is impacting my host.
Thanks for working with me and pointing me in the right direction!!
