off canvas sidebar for : mobile, tablet, desktop doesn't show

I notice this problem yesterday, with the off canvas “on” the filter button doesn’t appear, I reset all settings and still doesn’t show. What can I do?

Please check the Theme Settings > General > Mobile button navbar > make sure you have not enabled the button for the navbar.

Yes the problem still exists. On none of them devices ( mobile, tablet and desktop )
