Yes, I installed old version for test but the problem there is still. Now there is last version.

I am checking your site now. I see theme version 7.0.3.

Visually site works well. I added a product to the cart, viewed the shopping cart, and went to the checkout.

Please provide step-by-step description to reproduce the problem.

If there is any problem, please confirm the permission to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme.

Thanks, the fontend is ok. The problem is in backend. The problem that’s it:

1) go to generic order https://ibb.co/pyFDXrc (for example)
2) Click on ” Download Files” https://ibb.co/6gdWg2m
3) After downloading i get an error message “impossible to expand….”

Can you replay it.
If I change the theme, it work without error message.

Confirm the permission, but I tried to deactivate plugin yet.
