“on backorder” Status – we can not change

    Variations with stock qty 0 are automatically set status “on backorder”, but they should all be out of stock.

    Check manage stock, check not allowed backorder. Also, if we manually change the status to out of stock, then in a while they are automatically changed back to “on backorder” and we cannot find a solution from anywhere.

    These out of stock products display in front-end saying can be backordered, which actually cannot.

    It’s very annoying and keep misleading and then frustrating customers who intend to place products looks like available but actually not.

    How we can correct this ?
