On mobile, mega menu content is shown only if HTML Blocks are enabled for the mobile menu.

Please check the following:

1. Navigate to Woodmart > Header Builder > Edit current header
2. Edit the Mobile Header
3. Open Mobile Menu settings
4. Enable “Show HTML blocks.”

In the Pets demo, the “Category menu pets” menu is selected for the mobile categories menu. However, this menu does not have any mega menu (HTML block) assigned under Appearance > Menus.

The mega menu is actually assigned to “Main header menu pets” for the desktop in the Header Builder. If you select this same menu for the mobile categories menu, the mega menu will also appear and work correctly on mobile.

So to show mega menus on mobile, make sure:

• Show HTML blocks is enabled in the mobile menu settings
• The same menu that has mega menu blocks assigned is used for the mobile menu as well
