DELAYONParticipantHi XTemos Support,
We are experiencing an issue with the mobile menu on our website. The menu button is visible, but clicking it does not open the mobile navigation. Instead, the browser navigates to /#.
We are using the WoodMart theme. We have already tested this in Troubleshooting Mode with only the theme and required plugins active, but the issue persists. The issue only exists on the landing page. Once navigating to other slugs, the menu works.
The menu element itself appears correctly as wd-header-mobile-nav with href=”#”, so it seems that the JavaScript click handler is not being executed.
Could you please advise what might be causing this and what we should check?
Thanks!

That is so weird, as i`m using the same link to login…
Please check the account page. It should display a login form if you aren’t logged in yet.

August 24, 2026 at 2:54 pm #727591Hello,
By the way, we have one quick question we’d really appreciate your help with. 😊
Where did you first hear about WoodMart? We’re trying to better understand how customers discover WoodMart, and your answer is extremely valuable to us. It takes just one click: https://tally.so/r/rj8qWl
Thank you so much for your help! 🙏
Now, regarding your request, thank you for providing the website URL.
We have checked the website, but unfortunately, it is currently not accessible from our side and returns the following error:
ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERRORSince you mentioned that the website is working correctly on your end. Could you please check with your hosting provider whether there are any IP restrictions, firewall/security rules, or HTTP/2/HTTP/3 configuration issues that could be affecting access from certain networks? I am accessing the site from Pakistan.
Once the website is accessible from our side, we will be able to inspect the landing page and investigate the mobile menu issue further.
Best Regards

DELAYONParticipantHi Agi,
Thanks for checking this.
We did some additional troubleshooting on our side to narrow down the issue.
Here is what we have checked so far.
If possible, please let us know whether the error is exactly the same (ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR) for each URL.
This should help us narrow down whether the issue is related to the server/HTTP2 connection, WordPress, or specifically the Alpine Safety installation.
Thanks for your help!
Best,
NicoAugust 24, 2026 at 3:47 pm #727597
DELAYONParticipantEdit:
August 25, 2026 at 10:10 am #727621Hello,
Thank you for the information.
We have tested all three URLs from our side:
Unfortunately, all of them return the same ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR. We also tested the website through a VPN, but the same issue occurs.
https://postimg.cc/rzTC9wpZTherefore, it does not appear to be related only to our local IP/network. We recommend contacting ALL-INKL to check the server-side HTTP/2/HTTP/3, SSL/TLS, or connection configuration for alpine-safety.org.
Once the site is accessible from our side, we can continue checking the original mobile menu issue.
Best Regards

DELAYONParticipantHi there!
All Inkl has softened their restrictions. You should have access now and they asked me to test access again.
Thanks,

Thank you for letting us know. The website is now accessible from our side, so I have checked the issue again.
I tested the mobile menu and the mobile menu is opening correctly when clicking the menu button. I’m currently unable to reproduce the issue you reported.
See the screenshot for clarification: https://postimg.cc/r0grYX8H
Please try clearing all types of cache and double-check the issue. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
