Try to create a menu from appearance > Menu and use the navigation anchor widget in the page builder:

I assume in this case the breadcrumbs will not work ?

When I click on breadcrumb it will not take me to anchore but to a category archive, this is the issue.

You do not need to click on the breadcrumbs. Our theme one-page navigation works in the header only. Try to create a menu from appearance > Menu and use the navigation anchor widget in the page builder:

– on mobile you can scroll it left and right
