robbbbbParticipantHello, Only first item is switching color (Swatch) when clicking on the round icon below the product. The rest is not working.
The products are exactly the same.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I saw the screenshot you attached and visited the URL you provided. You have added the variations for the color with specific sizes. That’s why the variations need to select the size from the drop down to display the variation image.
Please make sure that you have added the color attribute with all the sizes then add the variation images.
You can read the following article for further help:

robbbbbParticipantHi, I have checked now everything and products are exactly the same, but still not working..

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have created a test product on your website and added some variations on it and added variations images randomly from your website and all the variations are working absolutely fine as you can see in the video below.

Which means that the issue is not with our theme. It’s your settings that are causing the problem in your case.
You can use the same way that I have created the product and edit it according to your needs.
Best Regards.

robbbbbParticipantHello, thanks. But can you please check this URL? so why is it not working here?
Everything is set exactly the same as your set-up.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have visited the URL you provided. As I mentioned in my previous reply that it’s not our theme issue it’s your variations issue. As you can see the variations depends upon each other.
Means that if you want the image to be displayed then you need to select the color and size both then the image will be changed.

robbbbbParticipantHello,
I know, at the detailpage it’s working when selecting size first.
But the issue is on different page, it’s the shop page.
You can’t switch the image-color on the shoppage.. That’s the problem.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have explained the working of the variations when you use two variations and add image then the variation is dependent on one another to display the image.
You need to use the color variations combined with the all sizes then make the images set.
I have added multiple variations to the test product that I have created before just as an example for you and set the color available for all the sizes and the swatches are working fine.
You can edit the product according to your needs.
Best Regards.

Artem TemosKeymasterCould you please disable all external plugins that are not related to our theme also?
June 15, 2020 at 2:01 pm #203627
robbbbbParticipantNo I can’t, the website is in production/live.
June 15, 2020 at 2:41 pm #203641
Artem TemosKeymasterIn this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
Kind Regards
