    I get this error in phperror.log, the theme and theme plugins are in the latest version, don’t ask me to disable the site plugins, the site is actively open for sale, can you help me with this?

    Or create a staging website where you can disable all plugins that are not related to our theme so we can try to monitor and find the error in real time.

    We need your admin, FTP access and access to your error log file.

    We cannot provide ftp information due to company policy, I am attaching the log file.

    Yes, we saw this error already. But we can’t fix it when we don’t have access to your website. This error doesn’t appear on our websites.
