OpenSSL Error

Hello,
When trying to activate our theme license key, there is the error appearing:
“API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0+ version.”

We contacted our server providers and they said we already have the latest version of OpenSSL.

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We tried to check your website but see 403 forbidden error. Note that your server might have some restrictions that blocks requests to our API also.
