Optimize images Error on Google PageSpeed Insights on desktop Version

Good Evening i would like to ask why i get the error on Google PageSpeed Insights on desktop Version for my optimized images and not on the mobile version.

Thank you so much purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
We checked your website and noticed that all your images are added with PICTURE HTML tag. There is no such feature in WooCommerce by default so this probably done with some of the additional plugins installed. Maybe this causes Pagespeed error since it loads too large images.

I am using Responsify WP plugin which adds the picture tag if remove it it is worse on mobile and drops to 30/100 on mobile too.
it used to work perfect on wordpress 4.8
As we can see, the plugin is still turned on so we can’t check it.
