Option to answer to comments

Hello!

I want to add an option, where smb or me can comment on others reviews.

At the end of the comment in right corner, i want three points, from where they can report or delete an comment,

May you help me with this?

I am afraid there is no option to do what you listed.

Please check which options are available in the Theme Settings > Single product > Reviews.
