Options not showing

I been using the features that appear below as am going to design a page like to show footer on the page, hide sidebar and also header title but now it has disappeared I don’t know know how to get them please help me with that see in the picture below

Yes that’s the right thing what you have highlighted is what am not viewing for all my pages I don’t know why please help me with that

I see all the options on the screenshot you have sent me but I don’t see on my side when i want to edit any web page.
