Order Adjustment fo Styles and Scripts

Hi, I would like to adjust the order of styles and scripts as shown in the attachment.
Would like to know how can I move the inline script before the external CSS file?

Above image is the screenshot from GTMetrix.com, it advise to adjust the order of styles and scripts. I am testing my main page’s speed.
For the page source code and the inline script, is it in the function.php file or any other file?
Sorry I am not sure which file I can locate the source code and the inline script.

The problem is that these inline scripts are required for some of WPBakery page builder elements and Revolution Slider for example. You can’t reorder them because they will stop working. But you don’t need to worry about them. They will not harm your performance.
