The issue happens because your products have variable prices with a wide range of variation prices. WooCommerce’s “Order by Price” filter sorts products based on the minimum variation price,— for example, a product with variations priced at 7500, 900, and 7500 will be sorted by 7500 with this product. You can check with the default theme and confirm this.

To add or remove filters, navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Add or remove the widgets from the shop filters area.

But if you want to hide the sorting filter, navigate to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Shop filters > enable the option Hide ‘Sort by‘ widget.

how can i change filter sorts products based on the maximum variation price ?

By default, WooCommerce sorts variable products by the minimum variation price, and there is no built-in option to change this behavior to use the maximum variation price. You can check it with the default theme and check the same behaviour.

To sort by the maximum variation price, It requires customization, and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
