Hello, I have an issue.

My order by function is not working with this carousel, I find no errors in the console.

My product grid is ordered by ID

I checked your site and products are ordered by ID ascending correctly. Can you please describe in more details?

The issue is, that when I order by ID or any of the others, I can’t use the “sort by” functions, so people can’t sort by high to low prices and popularity.

What I mean is, that when we use your product archive module, and we order the products by ID (in this) case, we can’t sort (prices from low to high and all that) when we try, nothing happens even though the search query changes

I’m sending some screenshots so you can see what I’m talking about.

In the screenshots, you can see we ordered the products by ID in Products (grid or carousel) module, when we then tried to use any sort of “sort-by” functionality it didn’t really sort the things, in the 2 other screenshots you can see we try to sort by prices from high to low, but it won’t sort even though I have a product there is more expensive.

I’m also sending links to the page again, with and without the search query so that you can see the issue.

I have also just tried the “order by” to if that would effect anything but it doesn’t.

Thanks for sharing details.

You are using widget and its sortby option while Order by option only works with the archive products element.
